My hubby finished my farmtable a little over a week ago.....and I'm in love.
It's everything I wanted it to be....a little rustic to play off the chandelier....and made by his hands.
I love that it's much more narrow than my old farmtable....it's so much better for conversation....not to mention passing the mashed potatoes.
I love the planked top and chunky square legs.
I decided to keep the top natural (with a coat of wax for protection) and just paint the bottom half.

I love it!!! It is perfect! I see that you have a little Dundee jar... I adore those!
ReplyDeleteIt's extra special cause it's made by your hubby! It's absolutely fantastic!! Your room looks amazing,

Can I tell you how much I love your table??? Our 8th anniversary is comming up in a few weeks and all i want is for my handy dandy husband to make me one!! I've already made my rustic farm table benches. Heehee, so now all i need is the table:) You don't happen to have a list of materials that you used?? I have already emailed your post to my hubby for a good nudge in the right direction, lol! Take care,
